LA BARCA CANTINA
La Barca Cantina is a Mezcal Bar + Mexican Restaurant located on a boat in Midtown, NYC. The boat sails on short sails every couple of hours.
The concept for the restaurant was primarily mine, which I developed in detail with the Food & Beverage and Marketing teams at New York Cruise Lines, the owners and operators of the restaurant. I served as Beverage Director, General Manager, Art Director and many other roles. It’s first season, summer of 2021, was very successful as we hosted over 30,000 guests in 5 months, operating 4 days a week.
